Justice Minister Ali Sabri says he is ready to take off his pants and go home if he or the current government proves that he has influenced the Attorney General one day.
He said the government was committed to upholding the rule of law.
He said that the Attorney General’s Department was contacted at Temple Trees by the government of good governance and that the Opposition was trying to show that this was the first time that an Attorney General’s case had been withdrawn.
He said this while participating in the Budget Committee debate in Parliament.
