A special meeting will be held today on the future course of action in the face of the spread of the corona virus.

The meeting will be chaired by Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

 He also said that there would be discussions on controlling the corona situation without closing the country.

Legislation is already underway to make it mandatory to obtain both corona controls, the minister said.

Meanwhile, the health sector points out that the government should take immediate action as the spread of corona at ground level has accelerated.
