It has been decided to suspend the distribution of gas throughout the country with immediate effect.

This was announced by the State Ministry of Cooperative Marketing Development and Consumer Protection.

Accordingly, Litro and Laugfs Gas will not be distributed throughout the country without further notice.

However, Laugfs says the government has not yet notified its company. The move comes amid reports of a number of recent gas-related explosions and fires.
