Rohitha Rajapaksa has denied the rumour that he was playing for the LPL Dambulla Giants team on his Twitter account, recalling a statement he had made about a month and a half ago in October.

 “As mentioned earlier, I have no intention of playing in the LPL.” Excerpt Tweet October 13

 I have no intention of getting involved with the @OfficialSLC administration or playing for @ LPLT20.

Although Rohitha said so,  the official Facebook account of the Dambulla Giants has added his photos to the group today. His number was 07 and the t-shirt had Chichi 07 on it.
