Sweden’s first female prime minister left the post in an hour

Magdalena Anderson, Sweden’s first female prime minister, has resigned an hour later.

Foreign media reported that Anderson had resigned following the defeat of her budget in the Swedish parliament.

Anderson’s coalition has also not voted on the budget. They say that budget is unacceptable.

However, Magdalena Anderson has stated that she hopes to go for the prime minister post shortly after going to a new political party.
