Former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid has been appointed as the new head coach of the Indian cricket team. He will take over the post after the current 20/20 World Cup Cricket Tournament.
Rahul Dravid has been the head coach for two years and will take over on November 17.
Announcing the appointment, he said he was pleased to be the head coach.
Ravi Shastri was previously the head coach of the Indian team.
