The Case related to floating armoury found in MV Kandy anchored at Galle harbour ordered to complete by Additional Magistrate Pavithra Sanjeewani Pathirana

 The Magistrate concluded the case after a motion was moved by OIC of the CID, Robbery Investigation Division, Pannaradhana, Inspector Sugath Kumara.

The Inspector General of Police said that the Attorney General had instructed to close the case as there were no charges to be filed against him.

After considering all the facts, the Magistrate decided to close the case and ordered to keep the photocopies and release the original documents.
