Beruwala Police have arrested two persons for selling three stolen three-wheelers, altering their engines, chassis numbers and registration numbers.

The mastermind behind the racket is a garage boss.The stolen three-wheelers have been taken to Beruwala and sold for a pittance.

The smugglers, who are in police custody, have been planning to sell the three-wheelers under the guise of repairing them, changing their original chassis numbers, engine numbers and registration numbers in various garages as well as in various places.
