Minister of State Lohan Ratwatte has stated that there are 29 prisons and 2 rehabilitation centers throughout the country and that he did not carry a firearm or even his phone to any of those prisons.
He also stated that he had never entered any prison under the influence of alcohol.
He says that if there are any scenes of him entering the prison, they should be exposed and no one can delete them.
He has said that the reports published about him are untrue and that no one is slinging mud at him from behind. He said this while he was speaking to Sirasa Tv.
