Minister of State Roshan Ranasinghe has stated that the construction work of the jogging tracks at the Polonnaruwa Parakrama Samudraya reservoir has been temporarily halted.

He also said that the project will be taken forward in the future after discussions with Maha Sangha and the people of the area.

He made these comments while participating in a program on Hiru TV.
