Dr Chandima of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura says that the corona 100% of the virus that is spreading throughout Colombo is Delta.

He said that the prevalence in Sri Lanka could be termed as ‘Super Delta’ and its behaviour should be further studied.

However, due to the successful vaccination process in the country, some relief can be expected by the end of September, he said
