Sri Lanka recieved consignment of 100000 Pfizer vaccine

A consignment of 100,000 US-made Pfizer covid vaccines was brought to the island this morning (16) for the Sri Lankan vaccination program.

The consignment was brought to the Katunayake airport by a Qatar Airways cargo plane from Doha,  Airport correspondent said.

 The vaccine, packed in 13 containers, was unloaded and then stored in refrigerated warehouses.
