Medical reports have confirmed that the the16-year-old girl who died of burns while working as a servant at the residence of Samagi Jana Balawegaya MP Rishad Bathiudeen has been sexually abused for a long time.
The girl had come to work at the MP’s house about 8 months ago, the Borella Police stated.
According to the police, the medical report has confirmed that she had been abused before she started to working and an investigation is being carried out in the area where she resides.
