Minister of State Dilum Amunugama has stated that vehicles will not be imported for another two years.

He said this while participating in an inspection tour of the Micro Vehicle Manufacturing Factory in Polgahawela.

He further stated that in the future, ministers and MPs can also use micro vehicles.
