The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) states that the present government is in a position to get rid of the ministries of ministers like Udaya Gammanpila and Wimal Weerawansa.

Its former Member of Parliament Nalinda Jayatissa stated this while expressing his views to the media regarding the transfer of the Lanka Phosphate Company from the Ministry of Industries which was under the Minister Wimal Weerawansa to the Ministry of Agriculture.

He said that the Phosphate Company should be under the Ministry of Industries as the fertilizer produced in it using for agriculture is a separate matter.

Secretary to the Ministry of Minister Wimal Weerawansa resigning, Pieces are falling out of his ministry, Letters are being receiving against Minister Gammanpila because they were losing their ministries and the ministries were falling apart.
