Minister of State Nalaka Godahewa states that sea creatures die in accidents during the monsoon season.

At the moment, many people are trying to link the deaths to the shipwreck, but he said he was unaware of the connection here.

The Minister also says that what is happening at sea cannot be completely controlled.
