Army Commander Shavendra Silva says that the matter will have to be reconsidered and reviewed about the concessions granted during travel restrictions across the country and relaxation of various laws.

Also, he said that there is a situation where some people seem to be abusing the concessions and relaxation of rules given for the convenience of people in different jobs and he requested on all people refrain from doing so
