Former Chief Minister of the Northern Province and Leader of the Tamil Makkal Kuttani Party CV Wigneswaran officiated at the 12th Mullivaikkal War celebrations at his office premises.

He commemorates the victims of the war at the 12th Mullivaikkal War ceremony with the participation of several party members, under health and safety measures.
