The Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa has stated that the leaders who handed over the responsibility of the people of the country including the economic revival and the eradication of poverty have left the people and going abroad in the face of the corona pandemic.

He also said that these people, who were always with the people during the last election period, would not have any consolation in fleeing the country at a time when leadership is essential.
