Police Media Spokesman, DIG Ajith Rohana stated that police has arrested 4,857 such individuals since October 30.
The police have received information that liquor parties are being held in certain places without following the health recommendations and that such persons will be charged under the quarantine laws as well as the criminal law of the country.
