G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination for the year 2021 was scheduled for August and it has been postponed to October, the Minister of Education Prof. G.L. Peiris said during a press briefing held at the Education Ministry today (April 09).

Accordingly, the examination will be held between October 04 and 30 and the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination which was also used to conduct in August will put off to the 3rd of October, the Education Minister said further.

Also the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination has been postponed to the final week of January next year.
