Wild elephant attack a mother and a student in Polonnaruwa

Mother and a student were attacked by a wild elephant in Sadagalathenna, Dehiattakandiya Polonnaruwa today morning (March 29).

The injured two were admitted to the Dehiaththakandiya Regional Hospitle.They were attacked near the school gate around 6.45 am today.

The child was a student of grade to in Sadagalathenna Collage and mother was reported as 25 years old and they were residents of Sadagalathenna area.
