Dasun Shanaka was apponted as the captain for the upcoming T20 series with the Westindies team. Beacause he had lost his passport with the visa stamp of US transit his travel plan has delayed. Because of that Angelo Mathews has been appointed as Sri Lanka’s stand-in captain for the upcoming T20I series in the West Indies.
As soon as this visa issue is sorted Shanaka will join the team.
