Four persons including a woman have been arrested during drug raids in several areas. Police said that the suspects were arrested in Mannar, Grandpass and Panadura areas.

Two suspects were arrested while transporting ice drugs in a three-wheeler near Thanapuram Junction in Mannar.

The suspects, aged 25 and 30, were residents of Mannar and 50 grams of ice was found in their possession.

Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man was arrested in the Wadullawatta area in Grandpass with 05 grams of heroin.

Police also arrested a 44-year-old woman with 105 grams of heroin in the Rathuwatta area in Panadura.
