Wasantha Mudalige, the convener of the Inter-University Student Council and a leader of the Galle Face protest, states that the Galle Face protesters will withdraw only from the Galle Face ground.

He also says that even if they leave Galle Face ground, they will come anytime to acquire any building.

He said that he is ready to come at any time with the people for that purpose.

He made these comments while addressing a press conference on the withdrawal of the protesters from Galle Face Square.
