Ceylon Private Bus Owners’ Association says that the private bus service has been disrupted even today.
Its chairman Mr. Gemunu Wijeratne stated that the release of fuel for his buses has not been done properly so far.
He also stated that there was a special discussion on providing fuel for private buses yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Sri Lanka Transport Board announced that more than 3600 buses have been put into operation today. Trains will run as per the normal schedule today.
