Chandimal Jayasinghe, Director, Mrs Sri Lanka for Mrs World International, says that there is a former UNP minister behind the incident of Pushpika de Silva.
He also said that there was an illicit affair between the former minister and her and that he would bear all the expenses of Pushpika.
