Chinese Fertilizer Company informs to Pay eight million dollars immediately unless they are going to file a lawsuit

The Chinese company that imported organic fertilizer from China has sent a letter to the Additional Director of the National Plant Control Service asking for $ 8 million.

It has also informed its law firm that it will take legal action if the amount is not paid within three weeks.

They have submitted this letter expressing their displeasure over the rejection of the fertilizers provided by the company claiming that they contain harmful bacteria.

Rejecting test reports from Sri Lanka, the company said it needed to be re-examined by third parties acceptable to both countries. The ship is currently sailing in the sea near Kalutara.
