People in South Asian region are at higher risk of developing the disease after being infected with covid, the University of Oxford has found.

 This is due to the identification of a secret gene in South Asians that can double the risk of contracting the disease.

A report released by the University of Oxford states that people with this dangerous gene are more likely to die after contracting Covid.
