The Swiss government has lifted years of secrecy in Swiss banks.

As a result, the bank accounts of 83 Sri Lankans in Swiss banks have been revealed. According to Geneva sources, the accounts are held at two major banks in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Indian government has already obtained information on the Swiss bank accounts of Indians. An Act passed by the Swiss Parliament abolished this secrecy.
