Dr. Dilan Rajapaksa of the University of Peradeniya has developed a nanotechnology disinfectant to destroy surface germs, including the corona virus.

The liquid can be used on any surface, including wallets, mobile phones and school bags, he said.

He says it provides maximum protection for 90 days after being wiped once, and because of its delicate efficiency, it is also active on clothes several times.
