Former Member of Parliament Duminda Silva has been appointed as the Chairman of the National Housing Development Authority.

The Secretary to the President has informed the Secretary to the State Ministry of Rural Housing Construction and Building Industry Promotion that the relevant appointment has been approved by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
