The Navy arrested three suspects with a stock of Kerala cannabis worth nearly 71 million rupees in a raid carried out today morning (June 14)

During the raid conducted in the seas north of Point Pedro, 237 kilos and 500 grams of Kerala cannabis were found and the dinghy transporting Kerala cannabis was also taken into custody by the Navy.

The suspects had dumped six sacks of Kerala cannabis in the sea and the Navy and the Coast Guard conducted a search of the area and found them.

The three suspects are aged between 28 and 29 and are residents of Point Pedro.
