Michael Collins who was a one of the three members with Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin garnered in first manned mission to moon on 16 July 1969 has died at the age 90; his family reported.
According to the family reports he has been fighting with a cancer for a long time and he was the only surviving member of the mission.
In Apollo 11 mission Armstrong and Aldrin became the first humans to set foot on the Moon while Collins commanded the module throughout the mission.
