Udaya Gammanpila, Minister of Energy states that he would like to extend his heartfelt congratulations to State Minister Shehan Semasinghe on his appointment as the next Minister of Energy.

Mr Gammanpila also said that he was responsible for making a truthful statement regarding the government.

Responding to Minister Gammanpila’s statement that the present government is one of the most corrupt in history, Minister Gammanpila said this when inquired about the statement made by Minister of State Shehan Semasinghe.

Minister of State Shehan Semasinghe stated in Kahatagasdigiliya that the government should leave the government without holding any ministerial posts and why the present government is corrupt after the other government parties held a public meeting in Colombo.
