Former Minister Nirupama Rajapaksa has reportedly gone abroad from Sri Lanka. It is learned that she had left Sri Lanka a few days ago.
It is said that the emigration took place before the publication of the Panadora leaflets which made controversial revelations about her and her husband.
Her husband was summoned to the Bribery and Corruption Commission on the 8th in connection with the investigation into the Panadora papers.
That was in response to a call by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa to conduct an investigation into the allegations and submit a report.
