Prisoner Rights Committee demands to arrested Prisons Commissioner Thushara Upuldeniya and Prison Media Spokesperson Chandana Ekanayake and brought to justice.
The group has lodged a complaint with the CID seeking their arrest for attempting to cover up the crime committed by Minister of State Lohan Ratwatte at the prison.
They also say that the Minister of State has committed an offense that can be arrested without a warrant and that the law should be enforced against him as well.
