Two prominent monks who were on the same stage had conflicting views regarding the Kotelawala University Act yesterday

This situation arose during a program held by Ven. Uduwe Dhammaloka Thero and Ven. Dodampahala Rahula Thero at Bodama, Thanamalwila.

Ven. Dhammaloka Thero said that it would be a good idea to pass the Kotelayala Act at this time.

However, Ven. Dodampahala Rahula Thera objected and said that some of its provisions were very harmful.
