Former Sri lankan President Maithripala Sirisena said that even the USA couldn’t prevent the 9/11 attacks despite of receiving all the intelligent reports before 2 weeks. He said all of these at an opening of a library.

Also he states that the terrorism is not only a problem to sri lanka but also to the entire world.

Also he states even being the most powerful country in the world US could not prevent the attack on it’s security headquarters (the Pentagon) and the loss of thousands of lives.
