A member of the Cricket team invites a woman to a hotel room and pleads guilty

The media reports that Kamil Mishra, a former Sri Lankan wicketkeeper, will be banned for a year.

The sentence will take effect after the players plead guilty to violating the code of conduct.

He was accused of bringing a woman into his hotel room during a match against Bangladesh last May.

Following the allegation, Sri Lanka Cricket took immediate action to suspend his tour of the tournament.
