The All Ceylon Bakeries Association states that there has been a severe shortage of wheat flour in the country.
As a result, the bakery industry has become unable to run, the president of the association . Mr. N.K Jayawardena said.
He also mentioned that he is uncomfortable due to the increase in the price of bakery ingredients. He made these comments while addressing a press conference.
