Former Member of Parliament Hirunika Premachandra and a group of others have gone near the Presidential Palace.

 After passing several checkpoints, she was stopped by security personnel.

Currently, she has started a protest by sitting on the ground in front of the main gate of the Presidential Palace.

She also claims that this fight will be carried out until the President leaves.
