He mentioned this in a discussion with the Tamil National Alliance yesterday.

The Japanese ambassador has also mentioned that if financial aid is given to Sri Lanka at this time, there is a risk of it being mismanaged. However, the TNA added that assistance to Sri Lanka could be considered later.
