Seven of the nine suspects who were ordered to be arrested in connection with the June 9 and 10 violence in the Fort and Thalangama areas have surrendered to the Maradana Police today.

They first went to the Fort police but were told to go to the Maradana police station and surrender.

Rutta alias Rathidu Senaratne, Lahiru Weerasekera, Wasanthamudalige and five others have surrendered to the Maradana Police today.
