It is reported that 3G-4G services have been disrupted in several mobile phone companies providing internet services in the country.

This is due to prolonged power cuts and inadequate communication towers for power generators due to fuel shortages.

 This situation has arisen in several companies and consumers have been severely inconvenienced by it.

Meanwhile, several foreign channels broadcasting in Sri Lanka through satellite technology have suspended their services due to the foreign exchange crisis in the country.
