It has decided to drop the control prices on bakery products, including bread. The Bakery Owners’ Association says the new decision will take effect from midnight today.

Accordingly, the price of bakery products will be determined by the supply and demand, the association said.

The association further said that the decision was taken due to the increase in input prices in the bakery industry.
