Mahela Jayawardena appointed as the coach of the national cricket team

Mahela Jayawardene, a former captain of the Sri Lanka Cricket team, has been appointed as the Instructor Coach of the National Cricket Team.

The new appointment will take effect on January 1, 2022, according to the Sri Lanka Lanka Courier Institute.
