People are collecting and storing fuel

Long queues have been seen at many petrol stations across the country since yesterday afternoon.

This situation had arisen due to the people storing fuel saying that there would be a shortage of fuel with the closure of the Sapugaskanda oil refinery.

People carrying vehicles and other containers could be seen refueling. It was also reported that stocks at some petrol stations had run out.
