All mobile phone users in the country are allowed to use a service that allows them to transfer their phone number to any other network.
Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission Oshadha Senanayake states that legal approval has been granted for this.
He said this while he was addressing a media briefing at the Presidential Secretariat.
