South Korea says North Korea has fired a short-range missile into its eastern seaboard.

 The North Korean ambassador told the United Nations that the missile test was carried out while the North Korean ambassador was saying that no one could deny him the right to defend himself and test his weapons.

A few weeks ago, North Korea launched a ballistic and cruise missile test.

North Korea recently said it would like to renegotiate with South Korea.
